You can now allow Work Orders users who submit a work order to provide feedback on completed work orders with our Satisfaction Survey feature. Once the user fills out the form via email, you can best track the quality of work that is being done.

Satisfaction Survey Capabilities:

  • Create a unique survey for each request type (maintenance, custodial, technology, etc.)
  • Set up email notifications to automatically send to requestors once the work order is marked “Completed”
  • Customize the text on the survey and the Thank You message upon submission of the survey
  • Label your rating scales from 1-5 (ie. 5 is Excellent or Extremely Satisfied)
  • Filter and report on surveys
  • View your average rating by request type
