ClassLink

Follett Facilities Suite products provide a ClassLink integration option that will allow internal staff members to log directly into our system once they are in ClassLink.

Les membres du personnel interne n'auront pas besoin de se souvenir d'un nom d'utilisateur et d'un mot de passe distincts pour se connecter au système. Ils auront simplement accès à notre système lorsqu'ils seront connectés à ClassLink.

Authentification SAML

Follett Facilities Suite products allow you to use your existing Identity Provider so your users can continue to login there and then select the Facilities Suite product to be automatically logged in.

Nous prenons actuellement en charge l'authentification SAML avec Google, Microsoft Azure et Okta.

Microsoft^SSO®️

Follett Facilities products provide a Microsoft SSO option that allows internal staff members to access the system using their Microsoft accounts.

Internal staff will not need to remember a separate username and password for Facilities Schedules and/or Work Orders! This helps administrators with user management, when new hires come on board or when staff leave the company, they will automatically have access to Follett Facilities Suite products granted or removed.

Google^SSO®️

Facilities Schedules and Work Orders provides a Google SSO option that allows internal staff members to access the system using their Google accounts.

Internal staff will not need to remember a separate username and password for Follett Facilities Suite products! This helps administrators with user management, when new hires come on board or when staff leave the company, they will automatically have access to Facilities Schedules and Work Orders granted or removed.
